We support the quality of your products. Our guarantee lasts for 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  Shipping delays:

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to shipping delays as there may be many reasons beyond our control

 Damage:

If there is any damaged/defective product in your ORLA RIOI order, we will be happy to send you a new one or provide a full refund minus shipping.

 Customized products:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept personalized items as they are made just for you. We hope you understand this.

 Correct order information:

Please double check your address details as we are not responsible if a wrong address is given and the item is lost.

If you provide a wrong shipping address, we need to charge 20 USD to resend the package.

 Order cancellation:

To request cancellation: send an email to info@orlarioshop.com

For Personalized Necklaces we give you 24 hours to cancel your order if you have changed your mind, after that the production process of your necklace has gone so far that we can no longer cancel the order. All we can offer at this time is a partial refund minus a $15 cancellation fee as the product was created especially for you.

Oxidation and Discoloration

Unfortunately, oxidation and discoloration largely depend on how you treat your jewelry and what it comes into contact with. We do not offer refunds or returns in case of oxidation and discoloration.
