What are the shipping and handling costs?
We generally offer to cover shipping costs for you.
For a small fee, we offer a free insurance package so that all cases are covered.
FedEx Express Shipping - 3 to 6 business days: 22USD flat rate
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once you place your order, we will process everything and ship your package as quickly as possible. (5-7 business days for personalized items) Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information
Correct order information:
Please double check your address details as we are not responsible if a wrong address is given and the item is lost.
Please ensure that you include all details (such as apartment/apartment number, etc.) required for delivery, otherwise the delivery company may be unable to deliver, which may lead to the package being lost.
If you provide a wrong shipping address, we need to charge 15 USD to resend the package.
Are there any customs duties/extra fees?
Typically with our packages there are no additional costs involved for most countries we ship to, but this is different for each country. For any extra fees that occur, you as the customer are responsible.
Production error/delay
As our products are personalized and handmade for each individual customer, it may happen that they do not reach 100% of the desired quality. Therefore, it may happen that we need to start over and make a new one in some cases (~1% of orders)
This adds a few more days to the given production time.
